Lowering springs/Quad exhaust.

After a long hard thought and a good one at that.. I've decided to buy a 2010 RCZ 200 THP. :dance:

I was wondering if anyone knew how much lowering springs and quad exhaust system would cost with fitting for both items?
Personal preference I just prefer the quad system, and like the 'lowered' look.
