Hi

I'm hoping someone can help me out with the below

While driving home today I got the eml and repair needed message as well as limp me home mode. Quick on and off of the engine and all is well for 5 mins before limp mode again.

Random error message on the car including
Airbag fault
Sestbelt fault
Air con fault
Parking sensor fault
eml

Limped the car home and called the aa
Who showed the following codes and reported a loose wire in engine bay.

Could this be the cause or do you think something else could of happened for all these messages.

Car has been driving fine until then. Recently done 500 mile trip around the lake district.

Thank you

Could be, any car with poor connections or low power on the battery can throw up random faults and codes and do strange things. I would see how it goes if codes have cleared as that sure is a lot of fault codes to suddenly throw up if it was fine prior to this.

Open circuits will send the ECU loopy as it picks up multiple signals which are being sent by electrical malfunctions
