Nice - best of luck with your search, Sam.

Best to consider the car as a 2 seater really. I got in the back of mine once for a laugh ...never again!!! lol

Yeah, I'm glad I won't be spending any time in the back! At the same time though I do like having the ability to have mates in the back. I guess I need shorter mates?!
Midgets or small children only I believe!

I had heard there was a space behind the front seats, but I've never looked :wtf:

Rear space is not one of the Zs strengths.

Having said that, I looked in the back of a Jag XK yesterday. Apholstery very nice, less space than the Z.

I had to seat 2 family members in the back recently and they are very small, only way we could get them in was to move the front seats forward and allow extra legroom for them, was a uncomfortable drive but it did the job! Only annoying thing i found you have to put the keys in ignition to get seats to move!

Have you seen this thread viewtopic.php?f=2&t=9476
Might be an idea to get in touch with this guy if your still looking, you might get a bargain & he might get a bit more for his Z :eusa-think:

Totally agree no one buys the mk1 for preference reason always down to budget. Well said, but if its a choice of mk1 or audi tt i would go for a mk1 rcz![/quote]

What a completely sweeping and in my case untrue statement.

I had the choice of the Mk1 or FACELIFT, as that's what it is essentially is, both within 500 quid of each other, one grey facelift, one White Mk1, both 62 plate, and I chose the white one as I preferred it, nothing at all to do with money. This debate about "my Z is better looking than your Z and you've only got a mark 1 because you can't afford a facelift model" or heavily insinuated, is getting boring and the horse is sick of being flogged! Sorry, just my opinion but jeez!

Everybody does have budgets and yes I would love to throw the best part of £30k on an R, however, we have 4 vehicles to run in the family so my HDi is my toy. Not to everybody's taste but who cares!

I too have found a facelift car in the spec I want for a similar price but I still find myself drawn to the mk1 more. But, as established (in a weird sort of way) in the previous posts, everyone's different!

Quick question. Seen a couple of Sport models - apart from the leather trim being standard (although the Sport models I've looked at came with leather), what are the differences between the Sport and the GT? I've found the differences on the Peugeot website for the new models but are cars from around 2010-2012 different?
