Hi, I will be interested in how you get on with your pocket rocket, I almost bought one after a test drive but the RCZ won out.

I dont think they are too bad. I think the seating position is a little high and your driving from the passenger seat if you take a corner too quickly lol.

I agree the seat is a little high but more figure hugging than the RCZ. The one I test drove was a limited edition, don`t know if it had been twicked but it was bloody quick.

Afraid that was the reason I didn't buy the GTI, seat was too high in comparison to the windows...felt I was driving a people carrier (compared to the RCZ). I was gutted as I loved the look of the GTI.
MINI is much more like the RCZ, you sit IN the seat rather than ON it ....if that makes sense?

You should try the MCS seats for figure hugging ....don't think you'd like them Abz!!!

Love that XY though .... I liked the purple colour it comes in.....
