Lights nearest front Peugeot badge

Hi people.
What are the small lights nearest the front peugeot badge.its the one on its own next to the double light which is the side and headlamp

B. Headlight
C. High Beam
D. DRL = 380/360
E. Fog Light = H8

Its nothing. There is no bulb there.

Thanks for the reply they look like it has bulb in to me but you probably right. Sorry I just thought mine wasn't working or something.
