What products do you use to keep the leather dash and seats etc in tip top condition.

You're right Jassy it isn't the cheapest but it really does last ages! What do you use? I've heard that the autoglym stuff isn't bad...

I only use one seat :lol: so buying expensive aint for me Turtle Wax platinum range £8 but when i apply it i have to buff it off just before it drys up or it will make the seats look all shiney but its good if applied correctly and leaves the seats very smooth on the Buttocks :lol:


My days are over buying expensive car products done it, or are they..... ;)

What about the dashboard?
Wife has some leather wipes that she uses on the suite, so might give these a try?

Have to agree with delboy the glipton liquid leather is really good and u'll only need it every couple of months, if u shop around on eBay u'll get offers of both bottles as a pair for about £12. Leaves ur car smelling like a leather fetishists dungeon :thumbup:

Back to the topic in hand however, I'm intrigued by that stuff del and mac have suggested. Maybe I'll give it a bash too if I can source it cheaply off fleabay.

Well if u go to the glipton website there very unhappy about furniture clinic nicking there logo real bitch fest about liquid leather :crazy:

It is the same product that Peugeot give to the RCZ Asphalt owners in the cleaning kit.

Because ours cars don't have real leather, i have afraid to use especific leather products besides that Peugeot recommended to it.

As long as the leather cleaner is water based then you won't have any problems using it on the faux leather dash, door cards, etc. I've used the Furniture Clinic stuff on my leather since day 1 and it has not affected the finish in any way and lays down a layer of protection to stop staining and water marks from rain on the door cards.
