Is Total Quartz Ineo ECS 5w-30 good for THP156 & THP200?

Hello guys,

Is Total Quartz Ineo ECS 5w-30 engine oil recommended and good for THP156 & THP200 engines? Is the oil good in these engines?

I am asking because someone claimed it causes oil sludge in these engines, which I have never heard of in these engines with the mentioned oil. I just want to hear from users if they have experienced such and if the oil is truly recommended for them.

I'm pretty sure that's the exact oil that's recommended in the handbook and I've used it every year in mine with no sludge (whatever that is)...

Total Quartz Ineo ECS 5w30
Total Quartz Ineo First 0w30 - (should be used in RCZ-R)
Total Quartz Ineo EC3 5w30

I believe Peugeot are now recommending ineo first 0-30 for the thp that’s what I have in mine :thumbup:

i think that peugeot recomended the quartz energy 9000 0-30 or 5-30 and now recomends the newer ineo first 0-30 or 5-30.

i also think that they stoped the quartz energy 9000

i had bought a few years ago some 5liter packages of quartz 9000 0-30 and thats what i use till now.
