Theres a house around the corner from where we live that still has its outside xmas lights up, and turns them on most nights. :?
AND my lads mate has painted the living room walls in his flat, 18" square black & white chequered, like a chess board. :shock:
I also know a bloke who bought some white paint, "off the back of a lorry", as he thought it was outside masonry paint, so proceeded to paint his bungalow, however the paint was in fact used for road markings. His bungalow can still be seen from space.
True story I kid you not.
