iPod - track restarts after power on/off

Hi,

May just be a feature of the RCZ's...

But when I'm listening to a track via the USB port... you can switch off the car halfway through a track but when you switch the ignition back on it starts from the beginning - every single time!

Again, is this a feature of am I missing a setting somewhere - either in the car on on my iPod. my iPod is only a year or so old...

Just turn the stereo off first. Should carry on from where you left off next time you switch it on again...

I guess I could... but that's a bit 'gash' really...

Assume it's a standard feature of the car then !?

that may well be true - but of all the cars I've had with iPod connectivity... this issue seems like a fair sized oversight...

how something isn't doesn't equate to it being right...!

It's neither right or wrong, it's just the way it is.

Personally I've never once noticed this 'oversight' because I just turn the stereo on and off as desired... :crazy:
