Sorry if this has been answered before.

Is there any real substantive difference between Quartz Ineo FDE, and Quartz Ineo First?

I have stupidly ordered FDE without realising the difference, but wondered if it can go in the 150 RCZ?

That will be ok as these engines love clean oil I put Quartz Ineo 9000 5w.30 low saps C3 in my 200 sport & its changed at 3.500klms I cant see the need to go for all this different spec logic you will discover that there are numerous listed oils for the Prince engines but its the owners choice Quartz Ineo is my preferred oil some use Mobil etc One thing I will say is if your engine is into the upper mileage range use the 5W.30 spec as the heavier values will offer longer protection between oil services
