Ignition guide light

Hi All
Got my RCZ 10 days ago, don't think I'll ever get bored with it!
Just one thing that has me concerned, does it have a micro light on the ignition for guiding the key in the dark? I think it does but mine does not work. Have I missed a setting or is this a warranty job?

I'm taking it to the dealers for a 1 month look over anyway so they can sort it then.

Thanks

I'm afraid it doesn't. Just have to get the key in the ignition quickly before the interior lights go out!

Wow, really!! It's got everything else. I can see a small "hole" above the key slot that's what made me think it was a light?

If only. This IMO is the only let down of this fantastic car. I start work at stupid O'Clock and so this is always an issue for me too

Harsh comment Ron for such a minor point :eusa-think:

You Guys are really hard to please. Don't worry about lights you don't have, enjoy :auto-car: the car

You think after the amount of years you lads have all been driving you's know where it is by now. I can't say I've ever struggled to find it......

and please ...... I'm not meaning anything else apart from the location of the ignition!!!!

Absolutely not discrediting the car at all, in fact probably the best looking thing on the road even now with loads of great gadgetry to play with. Just that my son's 500 quid Mazda 323 14 year old 1st car has an ignition light :eusa-whistle:

"PROBABLY the best looking thing on the road" Sorry to be pedantic but it IS the best looking car on the road and that's official

While the RCZ is a nice looking car, there is a (quite long) list of other cars that would trump it.

Have to say that the Vantage - or indeed any AM - would not be on said list.
They are, as the above posts prove, for the older gentleman to potter round in.

Keep it Real

Just for Jassyo06

Gorwell. Yep my Dads 70 in January, it will most probably sit in the garage for 12 months having only been driven a handful of times, then he will change it. Maybe this one he will keep but I doubt it. It's an Aston show car btw 5 x yrs old 11k miles. He picks it up on Fri. Parliament green leather interior.
