I can’t reset dashboard informations

Anyone have these issue:

trip1 or 2 doesnt do reset… o tryed to press the button for many seconds and doesnt reset

Pressinto the end of the stork… everything is ok, no errors in diagcode… but tha function doesnt work

Sound like it’s tripped out lol , it’s a long shot but disconnect the battery for 10 minutes or so u never know

But these function always functioned … a few weeks stopped to work…. The car doesnt have any errors and is everything coded to the car vin…..

didnt work…. I have disconnect the battery for 2days…
