I can't play MP3 on CD previously recorded

hi guy I am new on forum, my expensive RCZr will not play recorded MP3 , system say unreadable CD, sometimes it pick up and play, most of time do not play as do not recognize CD, dealers updated system worked on some CD but not on all, they say is ok not to play as is not "original CD" but my wife's Hyundai CAN PLAY all dosn't matter even is heavily scratched still can play, I thought that this state of art car will do more than cheap one,
I am really disappointed with Peugeot installing " CRAP" audio system in such car,
Hyundai ix35 has better sound system 40K car, shame you Peugeot,
can we write letter directly to head office of Peugeot and complain,

CD? Never bothered with one. I just play MP3's direct from the USB stick or Bluetooth from my phone. Can your wife's Hyundai do that?

CD's are old tech these days.... Move with the times my good man!! Also, I very much doubt that the sound system in the ix35 is better than in an RCZ. However, I wait for proof on such and then I can stand corrected! :eusa-whistle:
My company car is an i40 and it's dreadful! Slow, noisey, bad brakes, dull, dreary.... Mind you it's a small bit better than my last i30 estate... Now that was shocking......
