How to remove air vents and analog clock?

Hi, does anyone have the instructions on how to remove air vents and analog clock?

I want to wrap the outer circles.

Don't know how to remove them but there is an infinitely easier way to change the colour:

They are just very tightly pushed in and if you use the plastic removal tools it'll be easy...
