How accurate are OBD II apps when it comes to hp and torque?

Hi all.
I am asking because I use DashCommand app for my iOS devices and when I look at the horsepower and torque it reads more then what’s said original.
I Have no idea if any of the two previous owners has done anything to the engine but I get around 228hp around 5500-6000rpm from the OBD II reader.

Depends on how you've set it up. What's the set vehicle weight?

All settings are taken from car specifcations.
