I run the 3rd pump on my R since new. They tend to fail latest after 80.000 km. No matter what I do in regards of maintenance or the fuel I use.

Unless the R is different, I'm sure the fuel filter on the petrol engines are non user serviceable.

I think they're part of the in tank gubbins.

Didn't someone on here change his fuel filter in the tank, can't remember who but I definitely remember reading it.

True in some, probably most, but Oz RCZ's came fitted with an in-line filter as well. Sits (attached to the under body), in front of the rear right wheel.

This is the part number I was given by Peugeot Service Box for my VIN.

More Oz difference. Maybe Peugeot was worried about the crap fuel found in the Outback. I really don't think any RCZ's even ventured into the Outback.
i.e. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outback

Also my Pug 207cc Sport THP150, has the in-line external fuel filter as well. Same part actually.

Regarding HP pumps, there is an updated version available.

Guess they’re trying to improve the reliability of them.
