Hi all. I'm a newbie to the forum. Just ordered a RCZ "Sport" this morning from Lookers of Cardiff. Chose the 163bhp diesel, finished in pearl white. Upgraded to half leather and as I was unable to opt for the 19" black onyx solstice wheel (due to the fact it's not an option on a sport model) I chose the spirit grey version of the 18" wheels

3 Months to wait now for my delivery on 1st September on a 63 plate.

Welcome to the Rcz Family  you can always fasten on the 19" solstice alloys when funds allow, as they can be purchased separately on the internet

Is 3 months not excessive for a sport. When i ordered mine u could get a sport in 4 weeks. Anyway welcome.

I think it's longer because I chose half leather instead of standard seat, plus the fact that I requested September 1st for the new 63 plate.

Yeah half leather could delay its build, as the factory build in pre orderded batches from spec to spec and 1 off's

Welcome to the forum

Not many Sport owners around, so always good to welcome another, like myself. The Sport model is great and even better now that you can spec half leather. It really is such a shame that we don't get the same sort of choices for alloy designs. Having said that, the subtle changes to the Original design have made them more likeable for me :)

The lead time is no different for a Sport or a GT. Considering less Sports are built it may be that sometimes you have a longer wait.

Thanks all for your welcome messages. I really can't wait for mine to arrive now :)

Does anyone know exactly what the 18" original spirit grey wheels are like? I've ordered these but looking around there seems to be different pictures of what they may be like. The Peugeot configurator shows them as very dark grey but on other images (The reason I ordered them) they show as alloy surface with an almost black inset. Does anyone have these wheels? The standard was 18" original and the options were 18" Original spirit grey or 18" Original dark grey, both an extra £210.00. I'm worried now in case they come on the vehicle totally different to what I thought they would look like.

Thanks for any help :)

I don't no what to do now, stick with the Spirit Grey or save the £220.00 and just have the standard. Problem is none of the dealers have any to see :(

Etape 6 !

Thank you Lee. In the first photo the wheels look different to the later ones. Which are the "Spirit Grey"wheels?

I had imagined that they would be the same as the last pictures you have.

Thanks

I asked a professional painter paint just it, that's all.
but the diameter remains the same.

;)
