i pay for private mileage at 18p per mile. i do about 100 miles per month of my own.

i pay £97 per month towards my lease, on top of a £350 car allowance. tax office worked it out for me at £600 tax per year. either way its cheaper than running my own car as previously i was paying £132 pm lease, £35 pm insurance, £60-70 pm fuel, on top of that tax, servicing, repairs etc.

Have you taken out a personal lease or is the £350 what your company allow you and they lease it for you?
I went the other way i gave up my company car and took the allowance.

£350 is company allowance :) i do about 1500 miles a month, i'd be daft not to have a company car!

So you add to your £350 allowance and the car is still leased by your company.Yes for you it is a no brainer.
I had a company car with a very good allowance, but i used to do approx 30k a year, i then i became office bound and with my office now 20 miles away the company car didnt work for me.
I took the monthly cash allowance and bought my car so basically the company is paying for my car.
I will do approx 2000 business miles a year and get 45p back per mile.

PrettyPaula your private mileage is a very very small percentage against your business mileage? 25 miles a week?
How far do you travel to your place of work?
Do you travel to your place at work everyday or are you classed as a home worker?
I used to declare 250 miles a month and got picked up by HMRC and had to show mileage data both private and business for the last couple of years.
I ended up up with a extra tax bill!!! Dont expect your company to back you and dont falsify.

Simple way of looking at it is this... if you personally sell it on then GT is a great thing to have... folks want leather.

the sport will provide 90% of the enjoyment of RCZ ownership probably more.

The 18's they ride on too mean a comfier ride if you are slogging the motorways.

Personally speaking the GT was the car I wanted and so i cut my cloth acordingly.

If you are debating on it then i would suggest you go sport as it will be all the RCZ you ever need
