I'm a newbie from Thailand
My bro's RCZ has a serious problem on RT6 audio unit and pop-up display as blank screen with backlight, headunit keeps trying to eject a CD every 10 seconds or so. cannot do clock, wiper nor parking sensor setting. No resets have worked.
AD in Thailand only said it need entire replacement that quite expensive but I found in some thread that it can be fixed with 2.85 or 2.86 firmware update.
I have some questions
- How can I update the firmware with the blank screen? Does it automatically update only I plug the USB ?
- Firmware 2.85 or 2.86 which one is better, does it matter?
