Help cleaning masking tape

Hello . Car window failed and had to protect for a week while the part was on order . Used plastic sheet and masking tape . How do I clean it off paintwork ?
Got off the glass with soapy water and a plastic card
Please help

To remove adhesive residue you can use alcohol.

Nail polish remover. Don't ask how I know, Its been discussed before

Nail polish remover is acetone, but you have to be careful with rubber and plastics, some of them are damaged by it.

It is much more aggressive than alcohol

I used

Zep Sticky Stuff Remover 100ml (952KT)​

Got it from Screwfix, I had used parcel tape rather than masking so there was a lot of residual adhesive on the door and roof arch , all came off without issue.
