Hi everyone,

Im Joeri from The Netherlands and I bought a White Peugeot 2011 RCZ 200HP.

I purchased my RCZ, fully aware of its engine issues: lack of power at high RPMs, stuttering, and limp mode activation when engine power is demanded.
Seeking professional help, I consulted a well-known THP specialist.
They conducted a thorough inspection and carried out extensive repairs to address the identified problems.

Here is the comprehensive list of tasks and components that were replaced:

- Fluid intake cleaning with oil flush, including oil and filter replacement
- Chemical intake cleaning
- Diagnostic equipment usage for reading and analysis
- BG intake valve cleaner application
- BG Extended life MOA application
- BG EPR Oil Flush application
- BG Fuel system cleaner application
- Replacement of the ring oil pan plug
- BG Fuel injection & Combustion cleaner application
- Replacement of the multi-belt
- Timing check and readjustment
- Replacement of the chain tensioner
- Replacement of the camshaft gear inlet bolt
- Replacement of the air hose sleeve
- Replacement of the valve cover gasket due to oil leakage
- Replacement of the Poly V-belt Micro-V
- Replacement of the reaction rod
- Replacement of the high-pressure pump
- Replacement of an additional turbo cooling pump due to a defect that was causing engine ECU malfunction.

Following these repairs, the car performed exceptionally well during a test drive of over 200+ km, showing no signs of trouble. The engine runs smoothly at idle, and I've had no issues tapping into its power when needed.

However, in the last 3 km of the test drive, an error (P2191: System Too Lean at Higher Load Bank 1) emerged despite the car's excellent performance.

Online research revealed a range of potential causes.
Given that most significant issues are already resolved, I'm hoping this might be a minor concern.

I've measured my LTFT & STFT values, and the LTFT has a significantly high reading:
LTFT1: ~ 22-25%
STFT1: ~ -2-3%

A local garage suggests replacing the oxygen sensor (given its mileage: 155,000 km), and they also plan to inspect the catalytic converter immediately after replacing the sensor.
Howeber the specialist prefers first investigating possible leaks in the lines before resorting in "just replacing stuff".

Has anyone experienced a similar issue (P1291 message but no visible problems with the car) and can guide me in the right direction?
The local garage is nearby, while the specialist is located 200 km away.

Both the garage and specialist state I can safely drive the car for now on the short term, as long as the engine does not shows any sign of trouble.

I greatly appreciate any suggestions and advice.
