HI All

Picked up my new (to me) 2010 thp200 rcz about a month ago and really pleased with it so far.

Got some good ideas from this forum so far including the 407 spare wheel, many thanks for that.

Hope to put up a pic in due course - my car is charcoal with silver arches and silver spoiler, anyone seen that before?

Welcome to the forum. I'm intrigued by that spoiler.

Ok, here is a poor picture - needs a wash & at dusk.

I wasn't sure about the spoiler when I first viewed the car, I don't know whether it was something that could be spec'd when the car was ordered, or a previous owner thought it would compliment the arches & changed it him/herself.

What do you guys think?

You can be ruthless! :)

Forgot to say - thanks to all for the warm welcome!

I do think that it suits the car colour, especially with the silver arches. Maybe the mirrors should be silver too?

Mine is red with black arches, so it wouldn't suit that at all, but in the contex of your combination, I can see how someone would choose to have it done

Ooh - I agree, it wouldn't suite in red. Thank you for your kind words.

I take it that the spoiler colour was not on the options list then?

I haven't seen it as a factory option. But then that makes it that bit more unique. lots of people have added quads (have I mentioned I really want quads) some have front splitters, the odd rear diffuser, but I have never seen a silver spoiler before.
It's obviously something that you like the look of, as you have bought the car, I have shown the photo to my family and they all agree (except for my wife - but she doesn't even like quads :wtf: ) that it really suits the car.

You need to go on one of the meets that are organised on this site, show it off to a few other Z owners.

It certainly wasn't an option gman and it's certainly a one off. I've seen people carbon wrap the spoiler but I've never seen it done silver.

To me, it looks like maybe the original spoiler broke and the only one the previous owner could get hold of was a silver one and they didnt get round to spraying it.

Its certainly different. Its not to my taste, but as long as your happy with it :D

I would love to RCZ- Perf. But I don't have quad money, especially at this time of year. The wife is still reeling at me buying the Z in the first place! :eusa-whistle:
