Heaters are Luke warm. Sensors reading 1000 degrees

Hi
My heaters are only getting slightly warm with the engine temp at half way? I have tried flushing the matrix both pipes get hot plugs in and all the flap motors are re calibrated and working no fault codes but the heater box sensors are reading roughly 1000 degrees both of them. Has anyone seen this before and what can I try next ?
