Hi,

I have just had my car fail it's MOT for the headlight washer failing. I have looked through previous posts and can see numerous posts related but none seem to answer my query.

The headlight washers do not come out when washing windows, there is also no leak found under the car and when manually open the cover I can see that no water is spraying. The window washers all work. I have checked the fuses for the washer and no issues with it. Garage have said it will cost £180 just for them to look and then obvious parts and labour. Before going down that route I wanted to see if it could be a simple fix e.g pipe disconnected.

Looking for any advice anyone has or equally any info on how to see the pipes to check if that is the issue.

....and it looks like the front bumper needs to come off to access this.

Are you sure they don't work? They only pop out when the lights are on, remember...
