Harsh during change from P to R

Hey, does anyone feel the same ?

during change from P to R feels harsh

its only if we change from first time, after the engine of

or

after we waiting in a parking lot and wanna change to r

But after the harsh move, next if we change the transmission its smooth.

it only happen at the first time after depress a brake

Mine only does it when cold and revs are up, rest of the time it is perfectly smooth, normal with auto boxes in my experience and have been driving autos for last 20 years or so.
