Right here goes included in the box was a glue gun, 3 glue sticks a brace and some glue release fluid.
Instructions were simple enough and basically you just put glue on the flat puller and fixed it to the dent it advised starting from the edge on large dents and working your way round mine was small so I put it in the middle.

Next attach the brace
And then tighten down on the puller as seen in the middle of the brace.
The puller breaks free from the car with a pop pulling out the dent as it does so.
As you can see it left a bit of glue residue it didn't pull the lacquer off the car.
After I used the glue release fluid/ softener and wiped it clean the results were pretty good.
It didn't completely remove the dent but I think that was because mine was located on a strengthened part of the wheel arch right on the edge of the curve but I reckon on a flat surface you would get even better results.
Not sure if it would pull paint off if your car had a respray but for £8 I'm quite pleased with the results
