Hello all, I have had my RCZ Hdi for 6 months now and smile every time I see her but beam every time we go out together.
I have only seen one other RCZ in Portugal (a white one, on the IP3 in the Viseu area several times).
It's nice to read the forum posts and I'm sure if I do ever need help I will find it here (but I hope that won't happen).
I would like to be able to post a photo of my car but will need a guide on how to do it.
Para gente Portuguêses eu mora ao lado Vila Nova De Poiares, eu falo Portuguêse, mas não intendo tudo.
Mas, se você digitar lentamente eu vou entender mais do que você diz !

Welcome to this forum and the joys of RCZ ownership. The HDi is a great trouble free engine.

I still can't work out the method to post photos.
Please can someone give me a heads up.
Apart from having a thumb nail I would like to be able to post some
(at a later date) in the competition.

Hi Neil, glad to hear that you enjoy your Z! Welcome to the forum.

To attach a photo, you need to click on the "Upload attachment" tab. You will find this tab under the 3 buttons below (save draft, preview, submit) Its a blue box with "Options" on the left and "Upload attachment" on the right.

Once you've clicked on this tab, simply click on the "choose file" button, add the file, type some comments if you like and finally click submit.

It's actually better to host your photos on somewhere like Photobucket as adding them as an attachment slows up the server. Once uploaded on Photobucket just copy the IMG tag and paste the link here.

Alternatively you could use Tapatalk which is far easier to upload a photo from your smart phone or tablet.

This is not the recommended method for this site. We have been requested by management to cease using this option. It was stated at the time of the request that this option was to be disabled.

Personally I use Photobucket. Simply upload load images onto their site, click on a photo that you want on here. You get a list of links appear. Click on the one the says "img" which automatically "copies" it. You then paste that into the text area of this forum, as a part of your "post" It's simple and it works and it takes the pressure off of our own server :thumbup:

Thanks Ron and Rcz1, now I know too. Just installed tapatalk and works a dream. Thanks again for your help, really do appreciate it and I'm sure Neil does too.

I'm usually not a big fan of those 18" rims but on a black car like yours, they looked really good! ;)

Was thinking of a black one myself when i bought mine but there were no "appropriate" models for sale at the time.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to afford a new one.
Had I been able to I would have gone for the Grey.
Out here in Portugal this was the only used Hdi for sale
in the whole country. I say used - I picked it up
being nearly 2 years old with only 7000km on the
clock.
Cars here are ridiculously expensive so still paid
more for it than a brand new one would be in the UK.
Maybe after the loan has finished I can think about some upgrades !!
But in all honestly they all look great whatever the colour or wheel size.
I still have only seen 1 other in the flesh.

You guys in the UK will have a blast in South Africa, with the current exchange rate. The wife snapped this pre-facelift THP 200, "demo" model on Sunday with all the bells and whistles, only done 50km, on display at the local shopping mall. Selling for 370 000-00 rands. At the current exchange rate, that is 20 133-00 Pounds for a practicaly brand new Z with full leather seats, sports pack, vision pack, 19' alloys, electric seats etc. :shock:

Pre facelifts are becoming a lot cheaper over here now though.
