Well I'm off to London tomorrow afternoon to do my 26mile walk for Breast Cancer, I shall be walking through the night with five of my work colleague's, hope the weather stays dry :thumbup:

take it easy, don't rush, look after those feet. I speak from painful experience after completing the thames path challenge last year! blisters across the hole sole of my left foot and a month later only 1 toe nail left !! but hey we raised 10k and the experience was great.
