Garage recommendations in Dartford/Kent

Hi Guys,

I’m after some help/advice… my RCZ recently developed a noisy tickover at idle which is now audible during driving. I suspect it’s timing chain or tensioner related but naturally want to get it looked at ASAP…

I’d like to avoid the main dealer prices and there’s a massive wait time anyway, so does anyone know a Peugeot specialist they could recommend in the Dartford or surrounding area? I’ve done some Googling but the Bank Holiday isn’t helping with my attempts to contact a garage…

Any help would be greatly appreciated…

That could be a water pump issue they have been known to make a row (mine did & I thought the Chain was dying) but it may be just be the tensioner try a indie garage ask them to check the noise changing it is not a big job pin in the flywheel & unbolt the old one & fit the new one if it still rattles after it could be the chain but at least you won't need a new tensioner!
