Well, I shall report the facts and figures. I have just filled up my 2.0HDi it took 48litres, I had driven 578.8miles with (according to the display) a further 65miles available. I had averaged 49mph and achieved 52.2mpg.
So my tank is bigger than 45litres and am able to do in excess of 600miles per tank :thumbup:

Yeah the tank is definitely bigger than 45 litres but not sure it is 55 as reported.

Well it's somewhere between 45 & 55 litres. Who really cares just fill it up and enjoy :sleeping-yellow: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Filled the car with petrol yesterday (at a super price of 129.7p I might add!) did a journey of just over 100 miles. Computer showing 49.5mpg, which I'm well pleased with. Driving country roads and even smaller country lanes.

Hi,
I ran the tank of my HDi quite low recently (-- indication showing for 10 kms, so still had about 20 km left) and I refueled 54.3 liters, so I'm convinced it will fit at least 55 liters.

I just wouldn't risk it in the RCZ. I've done it with the daughters 308 though!!

Hi All, My max. refuel has been 48.86l. I was in early reserve so 53-55l looks a good assumption!
My 1/2 cent (we're in a crysis...I don't have 2 spare cents xD)

OK I ran it low again this weekend and I managed to refuel 55.35 liters of diesel (and I didn't spill a drop)!
So there you go, it is larger than 55 liter. Also the car was running normally, i.e. not in some emergency economy mode, so the tank was not empty.
