Well who has ran their tank dry? Unless you have then you can't say for any certainty what the size of it is.

£63 to fill tank divided by £1.40 per litre=45 litres, simple maths.

When I bought my RCZ 14 Mths ago, I was told by the dealer not to let the trip reading go below 30 miles remaining.

The most my car has cost to fill up is £37................................................as soon as it gets anywhere near half, I fill up. Makes it seem a lot cheaper

I was always told that was not a good thing to do as you it will build up diry in the fuel tank. Empty out the tank (or as near as without going to low) to avoid this happening.

Was pleasantly surprised with the fuel consumption on my 156 GT when I first had it. But now 13 months on the miles have definitely dropped off. :eusa-think:

I am driving a 200 RCZ and getting 350 to 400 from each tank and it is showing an average of 33.7mpg on the longer tracker I am using. I have a big right foot to add in to the equation so not sure why yours is so low.

Journey is 14.2 miles to work for me.

Urban driving only explains why i can only achieve an average of 30 mpg!!!

First time I filled my petrol 156 GT up after it came off the deliver truck it took over 51 litres, so my tank is definitely bigger than 45 litres (unless there's a hole in the tank !).

Last weekend my RCZ went on its first proper long drive out of the city for a long weekend, mainly a mixture of 60-70mph on the motorways and A-roads and less on country lanes. Doing under 70mph on a motorway an odd feeling but as I've just switched from my company paying for all fuel to me paying for it I'm more conservative now !!!. Averaged over 47mpg on both fills. Compares with the 33mpg I get when my mileage comprises short daily commutes in SW London.
