fishy smell

My wife has a 156GT 60 reg which has done about 2500 miles. She mentioned last week that there was a fishy smell coming from inside when she drives it. I took it for a spin today and I can smell the same. It is not massively overpowering but definitely there.
Since we have had the car I have mentioned that I think the clutch pedal is too high. Not sure if this is anything to do with it or not and we dont ride the clutch.
Have contacted the dealers and they are having it in next week. Anyone got any ideas on what it may be ?

clutch pedals are quite high but most owner soon get used to it. more likely some one has spilt something in the car, milk can smell fishy and dificult to remove. maybe a full valet will do the trick preferably payed for, by the dealer.

It could be clutch or brakes, make sure your handbrake is fully off, but also remember you have hill start so some times it makes you a little heavy on the right foot, thinking you are either not going to move or you will roll back, that will give you the smell you are talking about, but still worth checking out with the dealer.

Hot or burnt rubber can produce a fishy smell,check your tyres or flexible hoses

It maybe the air-con, take back to you dealer and ask them to carry out an inspect ion.
