I dont think that reply is in anyway helpful to someone only seeking info and faced with an outrageous bill.

I suspect that it may be a language issue and suspect that English is not Bilou69's first language

I havent experienced any of the temp things at all.Maybe lucky i guess, but this is not right at all by a car manu launching a new( and most expensive in the range) model.Any suspect build should have been sorted out before launch.Hope all gets sorted out for early owners.

These issues are very rarely sorted out before the launch. We only need to look to Toyota, Porsche and BMW to see that!

This forum is always informative, Why only today ( after reading the forum last night ) I phoned my local Peugeot dealer to check on 2 recall issues ( Wishbones and temperature sensor ) The wishbones had already been arranged, However the temperature sensors had not. and I as of yet I have not received a letter from Peugeot,
So you see the forum can really be helpful

The Tempreture Sensor Fault is Inherent in all THP PUG engines...it usually happens around the 3-4k miles
