My two have turned out to be leaders and that's after both changed their professions dramatically.
And after an initial few years of support, they are truly independent and prosperous.

My son is in the Philippines at moment doing a spot of back packing.
Could have done with this last year when they went to Vietnam Cambodia and Thailand, for 3 months, then onto Australia and New Zealand to top it off !!

I didn't have a right tredge through it, but it looked very professional to me and well laid out.
The prices are very good too, I wish him well in this endeavour as you know that particular market had tight competition.
But it is an area that is definitely very popular at the moment with the 18 - 30's.

He has been the operations manager for a tour company in Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia for the last 5 years, having set up the tours in Vietnam & Cambodia.
We went on the tour in Thailand 2 years ago & Vietnam last year, and they were amazing. He won Tour leader of the year in 2016, judged on feedback for the entire world. (10,000 Euros prize) but the accolade was more important to him than the money.
He has started this company with a former colleague of his, who was runner up in 2014, so between them they have the awards & experience to make this the best company out there.

I have to say, his former company have been less than gracious about his new venture, and have been trying their best to make his life miserable over the last couple of days, but he has risen above them, and been very professional with his responses to them. We are proud of him, and hope all his hard work pays off, but we know whatever happens, he will have a bright future.
