I have recently bought my first hybrid of a 3008 Hybrid4 car. When I plug in the cable to charge it locks as normal, but after 10-15 seconds, it goes red, and releases the lock. When I unplug, and then plug straight back in, it always charges correctly from then. Is this a fault, or an indication that there is an issue with the batteries, or cable? This happens every time I charge it. I also have a rapidly diminishing charge capacity within a month. Its down to 23 miles per charge from 35 miles!!! Warranty job ??
