That wont be rolling out for about at least 18 months.
If Peugeot facelifted the RCZ within 2 years of introduction they would basically be sticking two fingers up at all those that took the gamble with them over a TT...

The only thing stopping me from buying one of these is the "face" of the car... seems overly fussy with all those horizontal lines across the mouth, and the nose looks a little contrived.
I tried an interesting experiment -- grafting the new 209 face onto the existing RCZ body. Apologies for the rough lighting, but you get the gist. Very interesting...

Well done you :clap: ,i quite like that,why cant you work for Peugeot,perhaps that standard looking front end we currently have would have been torn up and thrown in the bin years ago,also quite like the other photo,well in fact anything appart from its current form :eusa-shhh:

I visited my local Peugeot/ Citroen dealer yesterday, looking at the DS3 for the wife and was told that the RCZ is definatley going to have a full facelift for 2012, and ALSO there is going to be a number of quality issues addressed. :eusa-think:
So it could be a case of watch this space ?

Something has to be in pipeline for god sake :eusa-think: When is the Paris motor show,that should give us an idea what direction this RCZ is going,i have just come off night's and im grumpy :sleeping-yellow:
Dont listen to dealers they are pure salesmen and commission talk bullshit is all you will get,they all appear to know of this supposed facelift but details are very limited i admitt.
Tokyo motorshow in December will introduce the Toyota ft.86 and Subaru coupe,im well impressed with these two,rear wheel drive,fully balanced chassis,low hung boxer flat four engine's and Yamaha ignition tuning,low co2,and both headturners,and cost mid 20k :eusa-think: if Peugeot think they can go into 2012 and compete with all this plus the new BMW1 series coupe without any changes whatsoever :eusa-think: well for one they have lost one customer,im off to bed now goodnight :thumbdown:

I appologise for my comments,writing on the forum before bed (after a night shift) is not a very good idea :crazy:
Please do not think for one second it was a personal attack on yourself or UK colleagues,and my remark's were uncalled for :thumbup:
My pure frustration is reading comments that member's of the forum are visiting dealers to find out that the sales staff appear to confirm changes.
I myself visited four dealers a few week's ago two out of the four stated there were changes?? but obviously details are vague,this does annoy me as im currently saving to purchase in 2012 and quite passionate for the RCZ,if you ever read my comments im always positive regarding (200THP) it's chassis,gearing,brakes and 95% of it's design,you know the negative 5%,and perhaps slightly solid suspension set up again on the (200).
As stated next year i do intend to change the RCZ and i do hope for another :thumbup: but i fear there is very stiff competition,from Japan,i just want the best for this car and my negativity regarding some issues,is an attempt to highlight some weak areas i find.
I dont have a magic wand,but in my own opinion(others may not agree)changes are needed to keep this car ahead of the stiff competition in 2012,we also must bear in mind that the current design on both TT and Scirocco are in their Autumn years and new designs around the corner,and the Rcz is still fresh.
Anyway keep up the good work,and again i appologise for the silly commets made.
