Not sure this is in the right section but here goes.

I am thinking that I would prefer 18" wheels on our RCZ, at the moment it has the factory 19" on which I am finding the ride a little hard, knowing from previous experience on a MG ZT what a difference an increase in tyre profile size can make. I thought I would float the idea out there to see if anyone wanted to swap their 18`s for 19`s.?

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I don't have the time to search right now. Check that you will have the correct clearance on your calipers with 18" wheels. It's Just a thought, but it might be fine, I don't know. :eusa-think:

Depends on the model/spec of your Z I believe, as to what size calipers are fitted. Mine is a GT 200 and has rather large calipers at the front. I believe it has to have the 19's to clear them, but again, not something I have looked into cos I love my 19" Black Onyx Solstice.

You are right about the ride quality though :eusa-whistle:

Sorry, should have updated this thread. I managed to get hold of a set of 18" multi spokes, which I have had powder coated and new tyres on.

These are now on the car. So I will be putting my 19" Sortilege wheels up for sale soon.

Shame really, in my opinion the Sortilege wheel is far nicer to look at, but I wanted to add to the ride quility and to an extent I have achieved that. :D
