Hello, this is my first post as I've just bought a 156 gt petrol 65 plate 3 weeks ago, I live near Ashford Kent.
When driving at about 39 mph in 4th and put your foot down you can feel it stutter (not kangaroo jumps ) I have felt it in other gears slightly.
If anyone has any ideas that would be great, I am taking it to Motorline Peugeot on Tuesday
Thanks

Could be one of several things really, favourite might possibly be a coil pack failing. Other popular issues include HP Fuel pump, which is considerably more expensive than a coil pack, but as you’ve just bought it, there might be a warranty? Unless it was a private sale.

Hi , I am writing down all possible causes thanks, so I will be armed, for when I see Peugeot Tuesday as I don't want to be fobbed off. Yes it does have a years warranty, but it has not been a good buying experience up to now , 5 minutes after leaving the showroom I notice the screen had a small crack , then was told to claim on my 10 minutes old car insurance, I took that on the chin as I love the car. 1 1/2 days later tyre sensor light was on, as it was 3 weeks before I bought it on the test drive and was told it needed to be reset as it had just been serviced, 60mph on the test drive.
So went to the local garage it was flat, so they (Motorline Peugeot) sold me a car with a slow puncture ,returned to Motorline Peugeot who repaired the puncture and when I asked if the side walls are damaged they said no hmmm!
