Engine not starting!!

Hi guys noobie here had an rcz a week changed the air filter today and gave it a wash, an hour later it don't start air filter seemed to go in fine don't know if can be ralated or coincidence, no lights or warnings on dash. Just tries to start but don't actually start.
Any ideas guys before I call a mobile mechanic.

Take the air filter out and try again (but do not run the engine for any length of time without it)
Check that there is fuel in the tank.
Give the battery a charge (or try a jump start).

Thanks for the reply will try removing air filter, definitely got fuel and did actually try jump starting but to no avail. Strange thing is I was driving round after for over an hour starting and stopping, no issues it was only a few hours later as I went to restart this happened.

Take one of the plugs out to see if its wet?
