is the engine off when you are parked up? its probably a design feature to stop the battery running out of juice! :eusa-whistle:

Oh yes the famous energy saving mode strikes again! In short, no you cannot turn it off. It is there so that the car always has enough juice to start up. If it thinks the battery is getting low it turns on this mode to conserve its power and disables all electronic functions until the engine is on again. It's a reasonable idea but also kinda stupid because many times I have sat in the car with the window down but when I want to put the window up again energy save mode is activated so I have to start the engine just to put up the window?! How exactly does that save energy?
