A big thank you to @BexBart for supplying a working DRL plus Super quick delivery... Offisde DRL now fully operational

Had a little hiccup , on install the DRL worked on Auto, Lights on, Lights off, the sidelight (slightly dimmed) did not work. Removed the bumper completely and compared nearside ... Checked continuity both off and nearside and identified there are two green wires plus a brown. One of the green wires on the offside was broken . replaced wire and now all working,. Another issue off my list resolved .

Reading the owner's handbook, it would appear that it is possible to switch on and off the DRL's on the RCZ. Is this the case? I have purchased an RCZ and should get delivery in the next two weeks. Where I live it is necessary to have DRLs that switch on automatically when you start up the car, Can somebody advise how to go about switching them on?

If it makes a difference, it is a January 2011 build with 200 hp

On mine , there's a menu button on the radio, and from there an option in the displayed menus to configure the lighting options. I presume it's same on a 2011.

This is steps for FL2014

Press Menu#
Select Define Vehicle Parameters configuration
Select Personalisation option
Select Lighting
Untick / Tick the DRL setting
