Driving/car quirks

Ok everyone, forgive me the fact that my memes are against VXR backdrops (I was doing this for another FB I belong to) but I wondered what driving quirks you have. These are some of mine...

So what are your particular driving/car quirks?!

Guilty on all three...and I give the car handle a couple of tugs after locking, just to be sure!

The trouser one is just common sense though. I keep my keys in my trouser pocket at all times, that way if I can't find my keys it means I also haven't got any trousers...and I'm in much worse trouble than I first thought...

I maybe, might one bleary eyed morning, possibly, have once got to the front door and reached into my pocket for my keys only to find no keys or indeed pocket...

Trust me chaps, keeping keys in pockets will one day pay off...

I do the gear 1 and after I put the lecky windows up I always pull on the switch again just to be sure they're fully up.

when listening to music I have to set the volume to even numbers only. And I skip the 4 at all. So no 4 or 14 on the volume settings

I do the gear one, and i also do it whilst i'm on the motorway to make sure i'm in 6th.

I also have a habit of whispering words of encouragement to my car when it's low on petrol and i need it to hold on whilst i get to the garage.

Not a quirk as such but I got so used to using the Hill Assist that when I was driving a different car I sometimes forgot it didn't have it and started rolling backwards at traffic lights when I took my foot of the brake! I now compensate for this by using the handbrake instead anyway as it saves precious milliseconds at the Traffic Light Grand Prix!

I look out of the house window 2 or 3 times a day at the cars on the drive. Just because I like looking at them.

This increases if the car has been detailed recently.
