Cheers will do. Forecast up to 39C this week here and car parked in the sun so I’m picking the moment carefully until it just gets too hot sat in it. No space in garage sadly.

Hi all, I finally “fixed” this one despite not really doing any one specific thing. Yesterday I took out the under bonnet fuse box completely, removed all fuses, then put it back. I also removed the BSI unit behind the glove compartment completely, connectors off, fuses out. Let’s call it desperate measures. I then put it back, reconnected all. Presto - window inched up and now works fine. I can only assume it was either the full disconnection of the BSI which has reset it despite numerous by the book BSI resets having been done, or a poor/loose connection somewhere sorted in either the BSI or fuse box. I pass this on in case helps anyone else. Cheers!

Wonder if maybe you also have a sneaky loose connection somewhere but Glad you got it sorted in the end 👏👍

Do you know about the motor reverse relay inside the motor? It's soldered in. I ripped the lid off and found the up conacts burnt out.
De-soldered relay and replaced it. t's a G8ND-27UR-12VDC by Omron - £12 off ebay.
My problem now is a flashing light on the window control panel - no switches working.
I'm going to do a BSI tomorrow. I didn't know about Diagbox so thanks for that.
