DPF light comes on after 50 miles an hour

Warning sign says check possible glogging of pdf if you drive at 50mph doesn't come on. Have put pdf cleaner in twice. Any ideas . Thanks

The Peugeot maintenance book indicates that the DPF must be replaced at 110,000 milles.
