Diesel super plus ???

Any body use the so called super diesels on offer?
Do you notice any difference in performance and economy?

Big con if you ask me, I tried it for 3 months in my A5 3.0TDI and in my opinion made not one bit of difference in fuel economy or performance. The price difference being around 7p the litre is just not worth it.

I agree with Starky completely. We simply do not have engines that will benefit from this. Perhaps a diesel le mans car will show recordable improvements but, for me, it's a case of fuel snobbery...

Long term cheaper with a TUNIT BOX or a Remap l had a Tunit box in my diesel car minted it was...LOL and mpg could be in the high 60's even more so in rcz

Long term: leave the car as it is and use the cheapest fuel you can find. End of :)

bollocks.............my car was transformed performace wise and economy wise the whole of the 60k miles

Apart from his "local dialect" I have to agree with jassy. I too believe that better performance and better MPG are gained by using branded diesel and even more so when using branded premium diesel :eek:
