Days outing through the Forest of Dean

Our son-in-law runs a car club and organised an early morning drive out yesterday through the Forest of Dean and ended up having a full English breakfast at the Malvern Hills Hotel
We decided to take the RCZ along to give it its first real drive since buying it, its now done 950 miles after yesterday
We were amongst a real mixture of cars as you'll see in some of the pics I took, from a mint Ford Puma Racing to an E30 M3 with a tuned 5.0L V10 M6 transplanted into it. 23 cars in total which was a bit of a task keeping together at junctions etc on a 55 mile run but we did it nearly with just one split half way through.

The RCZ coped with the more powerful metal admirably.

There is such a varied selection of cars in the club that you don't know who's going to turn up in what as some members have a selection of different cars, not just supercars. Some members are of the very wealthy variety with car collections and some have saved their hard earned to buy their dream car which could be a £5k MX5, for example. Does make it interesting when we meet up at various events to see who has got what now.

Looking forward to Italian super car day in Broadway in May :D

It was a great day for us trade wise last year as the Cotswold Ferrari Owners club were right outside our Broadway shop and the cars bought many extra people out to Broadway. Although it's not strictly an Italian car day, more just Italian day with an Italian market too. We are too also looking forward to the next one.
