When i'm driving car 10-20min and turn the car off, fan always turn it on and stays on for about another 5 to 10 minutes.

The temperture gauge is normal so doesn´t seem to be over heating.

Anybody have problem with fan?

It is normal for the fan to come on after the car has stopped, especially if the weather is warmer / hot. It's nothing to worry about.

RCZ1's comment is correct. Many modern cars do this, especially after long high speed runs and in warmer weather. It's to stop heat soak effects after the cooling caused by passage through the air has stopped. Helps prolong the life of bearings, seals etc.
