well it looks like the salt will be going on the road now for the next few months :thumbdown: i have allways used WD 40 on my alloys to protect them is this still going to be a good idea on the pug ? also what about the roof arches should i use it on those to stop the salt aswell anybody got any tips !!

WD40 is more of a water dispersant rather than a long term protectant, it won't protect your alloys, in my opinion.

I use Jetseal 109 which will protect your alloys and also your roof arches or any chrome parts, inside or out

As soon as salt goes on the road up here thats mine off the road for the winter cant wait for spring to arrive, less that 6 months since we had snow so much for global warming
