Code P0033

Hi, new to this group, i have a RCZ 1.6 AUTOMATIC and i have just had a new timing chain fitted which is fine and i have a code showing P0033, I have had a new Piersburg turbo actuator fitted but the code remains and my mechanic struggling to find the reason, any body able to help at all?

That code is related to Turbo/supercharger bypass valve control circuit if you still have the old one refit it & start the car then check for any codes if its showing the P0033 it may wiring or a software issue ECU ?
