Cleaning valves

Good morning! One fast question, what is your opinion about the soda blast? To clean the engine and the valves? I read that it has to been done every 20k miles. Thank you!

there seems to be mixed reviews on some of these cleaning services, unless you can see a before and after photo of the inlet valves I suppose you can’t prove the effectiveness but some say they have felt a difference.
One of the best cleaning systems is the walnut blasting that the mini specialists pioneered.
There is some old posts on the forum from one member that regularly uses a inlet cleaner and swears by it.
